Working with Krumlauf Floors was an outstanding experience from start to finish. When I called to schedule an estimate, Landan answered promptly and was very professional. Prior to out meeting, he texted me to confirm meeting and showed up exactly when he said he would. I called 6 companies with A+ rating in BBB and the majority did not act in this fashion. On the project start date, a team of 5 arrived where Landan was acting Project Manager, Dad Krumlauf was in charge of plumbing, floor trim, and consultation, and 3 associates who worked on removal of old floor and install of new. The Krumlauf team covered kitchen counters and door entries with plastic tarp to minimize the dust. This was helpful in clean up as tearing our tile flooring will get dusty. The Krumlauf team worked hard from start to finish in an efficient manner, only talking a small lunch break before working hard in the afternoon. The project moved fast with great care and quality put into laying of the new floor. The project consisted of the kitchen, foyer, bathroom, laundry room, and hallways. There were many obstacles that were temporarily moved and then replaced. Landan kept informed and delivered what he promised.1. Friendly professionals

We liked working with Krumlauf Floors. They were very professional when scheduling the installation. We ordered our floors and ended up having a delay at the manufacturing plant and Krumlauf were flexible in waiting for the floors to arrive and properly acclimate. They scheduled two days for installation, but only ended up taking a day and a quarter, which was nice. I would use them again!

Krumlauf Floors installed our new engineered white oak flooring that we purchased from Panel Town. Panel Town actually recommended them and we are pleased with the installation. Communication was excellent and they coordinated with Panel Town for the shipment arrival and delivery. They were punctual and very hard working, actually finishing the job a day early. We had a few minor things that they came back to take care of and they warranty the installation for a year. Overall, it was a positive experience. The one downside, and not their fault in any way, is that the process of removing old flooring and installing new wood or engineered wood, is dustier than we imagined! Flooring installed on January 25, 2024Krumlauf Flooring was very professional and easy to work with. Landan and Roger came to look at a couple idea I had. They were very easy to understand what I was looking to do and provided their thoughts from the years of experience. While doing wood flooring was different for me they helped make it as simple and least impacting as possible.
The Krumlauf's placed me on their installation schedule based on the anticipated arrive of the material. When there was a back order on part of the order, they were easy to work with to make sure a new install date would work for both of us.
Installation - Roger, Landan and the crew did a great job. They were respectful of my house and the stuff in it. They explained everything they were going to do or needed to do. As they were installing the flooring, they did a great job of keeping the area as clean as possible. They did a lot of the cutting in the garage to help keep as much vinyl saw dust out of the inside. They hauled off all old flooring. When they finished, they cleaned up and did everything they could to make sure it was 100% complete and looked amazing.
I am very happy with their work and would definitely recommend Krumlauf Flooring.

Landan and Roger Krumlauf came out and did a thorough job of measuring the rooms. They discovered that some rooms had multiple layers of flooring below the existing flooring. Something a well known national installer didn't notice.After I had the vinyl flooring and carpet delivered, Landan set up with me the days to have the installation take place. Landan and Roger and the rest of their crew showed up on time each day and cleaned up after themselves as they worked and at the end of each day.
Landan made sure any questions or concerns I might have had were addressed. While installing the flooring, they discovered a plumbing problem I was unaware of. They fixed the subfloor in this area and I was able to get a plumber in that night to fix the issue they found. Krumlauf Floors estimated it would take them 3 days to do this job and they had it done in just 2 days.
Landan, Roger and the rest of their crew were a pleasure to have in my home. They worked well together as a team and made what can be a stressful situation very enjoyable. The 1st and 2nd floors they installed look great along with the new carpet on both sets of stairs. I would highly recommend Krumlauf Floors to anyone in this area looking for new flooring to be installed. The price was fair and the results were fantastic. They exceeded my expectations.
